The Remembrance Series

We are pleased to announce that The Elder Pinot and the New Zealand Remembrance Army (NZRA) have teamed up for the inaugural release of The Remembrance Series wine.

Founder Nigel Elder and Simon Strombom, Chief Executive of the NZRA, are two former New Zealand soldiers who served together in Afghanistan.  Combining their passion’s for wine making, history, and storytelling we have created a unique remembrance tribute released on ANZAC Day 2021.

“The Remembrance Series Pinot ties in with our belief in producing elegant hand-crafted wines of exceptional quality, wines that are savoured, wines that are remembered. This is our own small way of supporting what the NZRA are doing and helping restore the stories and names of these amazing people”.
